Potato Specialty Brief History
Potato Specialty Company began in the year 1959 in Lubbock, Texas, as a part time business processing fresh potatoes into fresh cut French Fries.
Our company has continued to grow since then and in March 2007, moved into a 82,000 square foot facility; equipped with refrigerated docks and security features to ensure safe food products.
Potato Specialty Company now sells a full line of refrigerated, frozen and dry products, specializing in a complete range of produce products as well as specialty items upon request.
We also have a complete test kitchen and meeting rooms that are available for our customers upon request.

Potato Specialty Company was established in 1959 and has steadily grown since that time.
